WATCH: Tornado Build-Up in Manila

Earlier at around 5:45PM, a small, tornado-like winds and dark clouds was spotted around Intramuros-Post Office area, as well as in Balic-Balic, Sampaloc, Manila. Steel sheet roofs flying and fallen trees were seen.
